• Media & Storage: If you upload a profile image or lab document, we may request permission to access your device’s photos/files.
• Camera: Used only when users choose to upload pictures by capturing directly with their device camera.
• App Activity & Device Info: Basic logs (e.g., crash reports, diagnostics) to improve app performance.

2. How We Use the Information

• Enabling app functionality (e.g., booking labs, taxis, pharmacies).
• Processing payments securely.
• Improving services through analytics and troubleshooting.
